For the first time cruiser which cruse is good? carnival or royal caribbean?& from where we can book tickets? directly through cruise company or better to buy from any website?
We are only a couple.No kids travelling with us. Thanks to all for answering.

2-book online at carnival.com or call 1-800-carnival
3-leave from a port that you can drive to, otherwise airfare comes in.

Royal Caribbean unless you have small children. Carnival will have lots of kids running around. You are more apt to find a “deal” on “Vacations to Go” web site.

Unless you’ve done a lot of research, you don’t want to book from a website. There are many, many variables to decide on in booking a cruise. Do some reading [your library or bookstore will have books on cruising and on cruise areas] and then work with an experienced travel agent.
