Most of the cruise lines have soft drink packages. I don’t know of any with alcoholic drink packages except the very expensive luxury lines.

No. Other then the high end cruise lines, like Crystal, your drinks are not included (alcoholic).
You can purchase a wine program on cruises now at a discount. If you have a bottle of wine every evening with dinner it is worth the costs – you end up getting a good discount on the wine.

I have been on 15 cruises with celebrity, Princess, Holland America and Royal Caribbean. All cruise companies have a soft drink package but none have an all-inclusive drink package. Royal caribbean on some of it’s ships does have a wine package – $125 for 7 bottles of wine.

Apart from the top range cruise lines, most other cruise lines only offer soda packages

Royal Caribean have a wine and dine package.

Costa Cruises have the same sort of package called the X1 package.
Island cruises do an all inclusive drinks package costing £149.00 ($300) for a 7 day cruise.

You really need to check with your travel agent when you are booking your cruise what is included in the price, especially if you plan on buying a drinks package.
